Brandon and Nicole Kennedy may be transplants to the Quad Cities, but since putting down roots in 2018, the area has truly become home. The couple first met while working at John Deere that same year, and soon discovered a shared passion that would shape both their careers and their family life - real estate.

Nicole began her real estate journey in her 20s, and her enthusiasm quickly inspired Brandon. Instead of spending big on a wedding, the two chose to invest in their future by purchasing property together. Since 2019, they've not only enjoyed owning and managing rental properties but also helping others explore the opportunities that real estate provides, from finding a first home to building passive income through investments.

Today, as a husband-and-wife team with Ruhl&Ruhl in Moline, Brandon and Nicole bring their combined knowledge, dedication, and personal experience to each client they serve on both sides of the river (Iowa & Illinois). Their mission is simple: to help others achieve their real estate goals while building lasting connections along the way.

When they're not helping clients, Brandon and Nicole's greatest joy is spending time at home with their two young children, Brendalyn and Gabriel. They also love traveling near and far, and enjoy outdoor adventures such as fishing, gardening, and exploring different neighborhoods on foot.
